About Pack's Deli
Pack's Deli was founded in 1986 by Pack, a Montréal deli craftsman who brought authentic smoked meat technique to Belleville, Ontario. Today the deli is run by Pack and his son Kaje. The smoked meat is cured in-house for 12 days using a traditional Montréal-style spice rub before being steamed to order.
